Accomodation is either in the main lodge or the camping site. The lodge has 5 bedrooms, of which 2 are ensuite. One of these ensuite rooms is separate from the lodge in an annex. If you have a large group you may book the entire lodge and annex.
If you are staying in the lodge, our friendly staff are at your disposal and
will serve you set meals as planned for the day.
Setting:
Mount Mulanje is the highest mountain in Malawi, spanning a massive 345 sq miles with the highest peak, Sapitwa, at 3002m above sea level. Nestled at the foot of the mountain, Likhubula Forest Lodge gives a panoramic view of the mountain and surrounding area
Some special highlights include rock pools, fed by the Likhubula River. Two of the most spectacular pools, Dziwe La Nkhlamba and Likhubula are close to the lodge. The Dziwe La Nkhlamba Falls are a short distance from the lodge and are a must see.
